One Saturday in March, Youth for Christ had a spring cleaning day. Our community group volunteered to help organize toys and donations in the Baby & Women’s Boutique rooms. We found out about the opportunity through the Northridge Serves blog. Our contact at Youth for Christ was very friendly and great to work with. We spent a few hours sorting, arranging, and de-cluttering donations for the rooms. Our community group enjoyed the chance to work together on a project and help Youth for Christ provide a welcoming environment where young moms can come and find clothes or toys they might need.
