Do you like to write? Are you good at planning? Do you enjoy connecting people? Do you have a passion for service? Do you desire to see more community groups serving our city together?

If you answered yes to any of those questions, you may find joining the Northridge Serves Team to be a good fit for you!

The purpose of Northridge Serves is to make better disciples by connecting the people of Northridge to Rochester ministries which are helping without hurting - meeting real physical needs in a dignifying and long-term way - while holding tightly to the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Current Roles to Fill:

Blog Writers
We're looking for 1-2 people to join our blog writing team to help us share stories of Northridgers who serve and those impacted by our serving. 1 post every 5 or 10 weeks.

Campus Coordinators
Campus Coordinators help community groups and individuals find ways to serve. They are a valuable resource for Northridgers in taking the plunge to serve as well as an encouragement to those who have not yet considered serving. Coordinators for all campuses welcomed. Looking for a few more IRO campus coordinators to start this summer.

Create a New Role
We are always open to changes to improve Northridge Serves and help it achieve its purpose. If you have an idea of a new role that could help let us know! If you're interesting in helping Northridge Serves, but don't know how to best apply your skills, also let us know! We'll find a place for you.
