YFC Halloween Shut Down

This Sunday Youth for Christ is having their "Halloween Shut Down" event. The goal of the evening is to provide a safe, fun-filled Halloween option. There will be a "trunk or treat" where the kids can go trick or treating in the parking lot by walking around to the different trunks of cars for candy. Indoors they will have games, music and bounce houses.

In order to put on this fun outreach event, they could use a little more help. Below are some additional details and needs from YFC that you could consider filling:

Details

1. Please arrive at 4 pm to line your car up if you're participating in trunk or treat.
2. Donations of candy and or cash are still being excepted.
3. In addition to the trunk or treat outdoors, there will be games, music and bounce houses INDOORS, and they will need volunteers to man those areas.
4. Invite friends and family to attend and participate, we need lots of cars!

Areas to Serve

• Registration Table (need 3 volunteers)

• Candy Runners (need 5 volunteers)

• Food Prep and Cooks [Hamburgers and hot dogs] (need 3 volunteers)

• Game Hosts (need 14 volunteers (2 at each station))

• Clean Up (need 10 volunteers)

• Trunk or Treaters [decorating the car is optional] (need 60 volunteers) ​

• Security (need 4 volunteers)
