MotherCare

Northridge is looking for women to serve in CompassCare’s MotherCare Program.  MotherCare is a “take under your wing” ministry for CompassCare patients who accept Christ as the forgiver of their sins and leader of their lives during their unplanned pregnancy appointment.  The goal of MotherCare is to pair each new Christian woman to a woman in a church in her area who will take her under her wing, connect her to her church, get to know her and attempt to help her with some of the pressures she is facing (example: driving her to/from church and on errands, giving mothering tips, being a listening ear over tea, etc.).  If the Church is being the Church to these women, they will most likely grow in their newfound faith and continue their pregnancy.  Are you interested in helping?  Please contact Jayne at agencyrep.northridge@gmail.com.
