Elena's Mission:Share Story

Elena cares.  A lot.  About everyone.  But, she’s often misunderstood.  A LOT.  Not just because of her thick accent, but because of her relentless pursuit of making sure that we are putting our best foot forward, and asking that everyone else does too.  She has spent the last 6 years volunteering at many places, including Mission Share.  She knows how hard life can be and how it can grind people into a pulp and leave them a shell of a person, desperate for hope and encouragement.  That’s why she cares so much about how Mission Share looks…she wants our clients to know that we value them, even by the simplest of things.  In her own words, “I’ve seen many coming in crying, walking out smiling.”
